Bandit plopped down in a chair. He pulled out a book, and tried reading it. He opened the book, and started reading. He couldn't read vary well, but it was a low level reading book, he could manage. Bandit finished the book after half a hour, and went to find the next level reading book. He found another one and sat back down. Soon he gained enough confidence to try a different book. He found a small book, that looked easy. He started reading, wondering what most of the stuff was. In some spots he said it out loud, but otherwise he was pretty quite. Bandit put the book down, revising to read a nice, easy picture book. He found one about birds, and instantly opened it. He found a page about Barn Owls, and looked at the picture. It's wings looked like his, just without the white spots and fringe. He closed the book, and put it down. He wondered if anyone else was nearby. He looked around, and saw a book that looked familer. He remembered where it was from. It was Harry Potter and the Sorcer's Stone! His mom had loved those books! He picked it up, and found somewhere to sit. He was soon buried in the world of Harry Potter. Oblivious to the outside world.

Bandit hid most of his face behind the book. "I just, I forgot to say thanks. My mom used to be on my case if I didn't say thanks. I'm Bandit, by the way." he said, then hid a little more behind his book. He was really not a good conversationalist, and talking to a older boy. Bandit was not easy to miss, being dusty blond, with ice white eyes. The black leather jacket did nothing to help him hide in the chair.
Bandit looked up, startled. "You crawled out of my chair?" He said, and turned into a wolf by accident. The wolf had tan fur, dotted with white. The wolf had ice white eyes, like Bandit, just wilder, just tamer then a real wolf's. Bandit's tail was also half white, which was puffed up and standing strait up as Bandit was sitting with all four paws on the chair.
